Built a RAG-based support copilot embedded directly into the client's existing helpdesk. Support agents receive AI-generated draft replies pulled from the live knowledge base in real-time, with source citations and confidence scores. The system routes complex queries to senior agents automatically.

Designed and built a comprehensive AI benchmarking platform that evaluates LLM performance across government-specific use cases: document summarisation, policy Q&A, translation accuracy, and citizen query handling. The platform enables ministry teams to make evidence-based decisions on AI vendor selection and deployment.

Designed and built an end-to-end document processing pipeline that automatically extracts, classifies, and routes contract and compliance data. The system handles PDFs, scanned documents, and structured forms, integrating directly into the client's existing CRM with zero disruption to active workflows during rollout.

Built an internal AI knowledge platform that gives consultants semantic search across 8 years of proprietary research, client frameworks, and methodology documentation. The platform supports AI-assisted report generation, competitive analysis summarisation, and onboarding knowledge delivery — all within a secure, access-controlled environment.

Rebuilt a legacy Shopify theme as a fully custom Next.js storefront with headless commerce architecture. The rebuild included a real-time AI personalisation engine that surfaces product recommendations based on browsing behaviour, purchase history, and semantic product similarity — resulting in the highest-converting month in the brand's history within 60 days of launch.

End-to-end visual identity from scratch: naming shortlist, logo suite, colour system, typography, 48-page brand guidelines, and a fully custom Next.js marketing site. Designed to communicate trust, precision, and modernity in a sector where most competitors look identical. The rebrand directly supported the client's fundraising narrative.
